On January 29th, Alchemer University launched a new program: The Email Campaigns Program. This program includes four courses to help users understand the functionality and benefits of using Email Campaigns as a distribution method. This program lists the various benefits unique to email campaigns, walks users through the process of building Email Campaigns, and teaches you how to automate the project delivery and follow up process. This is a great course for anybody who is sending projects to groups of respondents with a predefined email contact list.
The new courses include:
- Course 1: Sending Projects via Email
- Course 2: The Campaign Designer
- Course 3: Contacts
- Course 4: Sending Email Campaigns
Course 1: Sending Projects via Email
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Identify the benefits of using an Email Campaign as a distribution method
- Identify the four steps involved in building an Email Campaign
Course 2: The Campaign Designer
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Customize Email Campaign messaging
- Add style to an Email Campaign
- Add follow up messages to Email Campaigns
Course 3: Contacts
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Upload a contact spreadsheet to an Email Campaign
- Select an Existing Contact List for Email Campaign distribution
- Manually enter a Single Contact to an Email Campaign
Course 4: Sending Email Campaigns
By the end of this course, you will be able to:
- Test an Email Campaign
- Send an Email Campaign
- View Email Campaign Delivery Statistics
- Export contacts with a Send Status
- Use Email Campaign links to distribute via a third party system
